Flat Conveyor Belt also called honeycomb conveyor belt. It is the combination of flat sheet strips and round wire cross rod. The flat wires are arranged in the form of lattice and jointed with the straight round rods. The material of flat wire belt are commonly high carbon steel galvanized steel stainless steel and other materials.
The high strength to weight ratio of the flat wire belt prevents it from deforming under heavy loads and a very large opening area keeps air flowing. The side guards can be provided on your request it can be used to control the height of the product and prevent it from falling due to excessive build-up.
Eye Flex Conveyor Belt also called Flexible Rod Belt is formed by the spiral wires and cross rod. The cross rod is fastened to the chain link or U-shape links to form a firm structure. Commonly the cross rod of flexible rod belts is thicker than the spiral wires.
Four types of eye flex conveyor belt:
Standard type eye flex conveyor belt.
Conveyor belt with under welded wire spacing.
Conveyor belt with rings as spacers.
Conveyor belt with springs as spacers.
Compound Weave Conveyor Belt is also known as cord weave belt. The structure of compound weave conveyor belt is similar to the balanced weave conveyor belt which has multiple spirals and cross rods per pitch. The compound weave conveyor belt has closer mesh than the balanced conveyor belt. The closer mesh makes compound weave conveyor belt a high density and high strength surface.Compound weave conveyor belt has tighter conveyor face that has been ideal for barbecues and small products.
